TALKS/DISCUSSIONS • WORKSHOPS • ENGAGEMENTS

Fighting rising levels of unemployment - particularly among young people - has become one of the most urgent tasks for the Indian and European governing bodies. Too many young people leave school prematurely, pursue education not based on their passion, talent or interest running a high risk of being unemployed and socially marginalised.

Make Room India working in the fields of education, training and youth fosters the partnership and enriches the collaboration between India and Europe-based higher education institutions for exchange of best practices in higher education institution management, delivery of curriculum, student & staff mobility. Innovative practices in education, training and youth can make major contribution to help tackle socio-economic changes, the key challenges that India and European Union are facing until the end of the decade.

Education, training should not only build individual academic capacities, but should also foster social integration, enhance intercultural understanding, and a sense of belonging to a global community.

Make Room India is currently on the lookout for established, competitive and highly ranked universities keen on providing students and faculty members opportunities to gain new capacities, engage in international exchange of best practices, take part in international mobility projects, explore new angles and different methodologies, test new self-learning tools and launch, test and implement new learning practices.
