Having worked in a corporate setup across Europe, Africa and Asia, in 2012 Miks C-Kellman founded Kellman Productions, a not for profit ecosystem for arts/social entrepreneurs in Europe, that later came to spotlight with its social campaign to end racism receiving recognition in over 30 countries across the world. Soon after that, having gained valuable partnerships within the ecosystem Miks worked in various capacities supported by the EU Commission in Europe and Africa. Together with leading European not-for-profits, Miks conceptualised and executed more than 30 international mobility projects for EU & African changemakers. In early 2014, Miks moved to India and closely worked with various social change oriented and entrepreneurship institutes to gain insights of the current social change ecosystem in India. The support of the European based government officials, NGOs and educational institutions, his experience in international project development and implementation across EU, Africa and India and recent EU-India Strategic Partnership led Miks to co-found Make Room India, an Indian-European Social Change Ecosystem.
At Make Room India he undertakes international project management and is the Chair of the Indian - European international Training Forum “Changemakers’ Room”. Miks specialises in enhancing citizen involvement in the field of entrepreneurship, exchange of best practices and capacity building of social change activists.
He is an inspiring social activist, author, 2016 Awardee of Women Economic Forum Iconic Leaders in Social Empowerment.
Pranav Hebbar is a social entrepreneur, startup consultant and an advisor to not-for-profit enterprises. Passionate about education and creating an inclusive society, he co-founded Make Room India, an Indo-European social change ecosystem. At Make Room, Pranav leads global partnerships and focuses on building an ecosystem that nurtures young changemakers to create impact. To further this, he designs programs, fellowships and spearheads university relations. He mentors early stage entrepreneurs in building a need-based product and extensively helps college students to explore entrepreneurship. In his earlier roles, he developed business model for a Technology Business Incubator and built ecosystem for a seed funding organizations. He has led Corporate Communication team and spearheaded a PG program in Social Entrepreneurship. He has conceptualized and executed experiential learning modules for both PG/UG programs and vocational / skill building programs.
He has worked extensively in building young leaders through his workshops on communication, leadership and critical thinking for problem solving. Pranav has taught courses in MBA, MCom and other PG programs and been a learning & development consultant to startups & social-change driven organizations.
